Refund Policy

At Suha Silver Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, invoices, and certificates intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or negligence

  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged)

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at suhajewellersllp@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your Order ID, product images/videos, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will arrange a return pickup or reimburse shipping costs.

  • For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Replacement products are subject to availability.

  • If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.

8. Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.

  • Contact your bank or payment service provider.

9. Right to Refuse Returns

Suha Silver Jewellers reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • The return request does not meet the policy criteria

  • The item is returned in damaged or used condition

  • The request is made after the allowed time frame
