3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Share your Order ID, product images/videos, and a brief description of the issue.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will arrange a return pickup or reimburse shipping costs.
